Ola guys! First post in 2017, I just wanna say Happy New Year 2017 readers, let's be a better person than last year and let's make this page grow bigger and stronger, kay? I can't believe it's January 2 already! Gosh, time flies too fast it's getting scary lol.. and btw are you guys like me to write my upcoming posts in English or Indonesian? because I'm afraid some of you aren't that comfortable with English.. so leave a comment down below kay? It will help me a lot to decide which language should I use.. hehehe.
Today's post is of course without any doubt is about a new cafe in Malang because this page's posts is mainly my review about some new cafes that I get to visit in Malang, but maybe I will post more about random things that I would like to write like my resolution, my travel experience, life lessons, and many more, and I hope I can fulfill it xoxo! So, last month I got to visit this new cool place in Malang called Labyrinth Cafe, and without futher do, let's just get down to da review!
THE LABYRINTH BISTRO
So, Labyrinth Cafe is located in Jln. Merbabu no. 11 Malang. If you are going to Oro-Oro Dowo Market then you will pass the cafe, it's located in the corner area and it's a quite huge cafe, so it's easy to find (or if youre not familiar with the area just waze it.. because I've tried it and it works) Honestly.. I'm curious why they named it Labyrinth because the place is nothing like the name.. it's just a cafe in general, nothing extreaordinary or labyrinth-thingy the only thing that caught my attention is the bar, and fyi there's no air-con like most cafes in Malang and fortunately I went there at night so it's a lil bit windy and super duper cozy.
Labyrinth Cafe is divided into 2 sections, outdoor area and indoor area, the outdoor area is super cozy in the night but I bet it will be hot in the afternoon tho. Because me and my friend weren't hungry that time so we decided to order some snack and beverages. I ordered hot red velvet latte and my friend ordered some milkshake-thingy? I forgot the name sorry :P and for the snack we ordered a portion of fried mushrooms.
The red velvet latte is okay just like red velvet latte in general, my friend said the milkshake-thingy is good, and the fried mushrooms is pretty good, I guess? The mushroom is pretty good when you eat it with the mayo but it tasteless when you eat it without mayo or sauce.
Overall, Labyrinth is a pretty good place, I love the atmosphere it's so calm, chill, and cozy at night. The waiter and waitresses are helpful and very friendly, the food was pretty good with affordable price, the only thing that I don't like about this place is the parking lot, they have very limited parking lot..
