TIPS TO DESTRESS!


Hi folks! Today I am going to discuss something that surely you've all been there : Stress. All of you definitely ever be in a very tough moment where you do not know what to do. Although I am only 17 years old, I certainly experienced that kind of thing although it is a different case. Stress bring bad impact on our body both spiritually and physically, for example, because of the stress I experienced hair loss and pimples appear on my face. Because of the stress too, I find it hard to fell asleep because you have so many things going on in your head and in the end it leads to insomnia. That's why I made this post to tell you guys how to reduce stress! (inspired by Ann Lee/Anne or Shine)
- Drink Tea
Tea is not only rich with antioxidants but also beneficial to lose weight, reduce stress, relieve tension, and help you sleep. But you need to be careful when choosing your tea because an original tea (that kind of tea that you get in the restaurant) is not good because it contains caffeine eventho not as much as in the coffee, but it can lead to insomnia so, you must choose between green tea, chamomile, chai tea, lavender, peppermint, and many more just make sure don't choose the one that contains caffeine lol.
I really enjoy drink a cup of tea while reading some books, it makes me more relax and makes my mind feel peaceful. I really love TWG's tea, TWG have soooo many kind of flavours, it makes me want to try it one by one lol.
- Listen to Instrumental / Classic Music
I like to listening to any kind of music, but it depends on the situation. When I'm in stress, I really love to listen some instrumental or classic musics because it makes you feel peaceful and I believe it can release you tension and stress! Try to playing CDs in the car, or put the radio on when in the bath or shower. Take portable music with you when walking the dogm or just simply listen it from your mobile phone. I often singing (even shouting) along to reduce my stress, sometimes I even go to karaoke to have some fun and forget my problems. Calming music before bedtime promotes peace and relaxation and helps to induce sleeps. I love listening to The Piano Guys on Youtube, their musics is just perfect!

- Pray
I know this may sounds a bit cheesy but this helps me A LOT when I'm in hard times I always pray to God, I just tell Him everything, like he's my bestfriend and after that I will feel relieved and calm because I believe that God never leave me, and He has prepared what's best for me :)
- Aromatherapy
Aromatherapy or burning candles bring so many benefits when you're stressed , it makes you feel more relaxed and it makes you feel more better. Because I don't have any aromatherapy and its machine (?) idk what its called so, I just using candles, I recommend you guys to try Yankee Candles seriously, it's so good and it's so easy to find, I usually buy it from Ace Hardware Indonesia!
- Youtube
I can't live without Youtube, it has became a part of my life, I watch it EVERYDAY and when I'm sad or stressed I always watch my favorite youtubers like Pewdiepie, Nigahiga, Zoella, CutiePieMarzia, Last Day Productions, and a lot of cooking channel to make me feel a little better. So, you have to try it guys, watch them! I'm sure you'll get addicted HUAHAHAHA!
- Go Outside
Go outside, take a walk with your dog, or go travelling really help you to make you feel more calm and relaxed, go to the nearest beach or field, enjoy the scenery, close your eye, feel the breeze, and take a deep breath.

- ETC
Sharing with your family, meditation, yoga, and put some flowers around your house also bring a good mood to your body and soul.
